so I realized late last night as I was laying in bed unable to sleep, and thinking of the million and one things I need to do, that I hadn't blogged in nearly forever!  I also hadn't taken pictures of completed items in forever, or ordered my Xmas cards, finished my gift for the work party that is Sunday evening...and many other silly things.

So far today, I'm doing amazing work on my to-do list!  I ordered my Xmas cards, they should be here on Mon or Tues, so if I get them out by Thursday they might make it to their destinations before Xmas, which makes me happy.  I finally got some pics of these three beanies that have just been sitting here for the last 2 weeks!

Now I just need to finish up that scarf for the party on Sunday evening, and I'm pretty much caught up...well at least with the current list!  lol, I need to mow the yard AGAIN, and clean up the back yard in general.  We just had the roof of our building replaced, and they made a mess of our yard.  Table and chairs are completely out of place, lil bits of shingles in the yard ( i think i finally got all the nails picked up).

I'm also very excited about the crock-pot I got myself yesterday!  It makes the best winter foods ever!!!!  lol, if only it felt anything like winter here in Southern California (it's been in the mid 70's most of the week I think).

Other knitting news, I made my very first reversable beanie last week for a 10yr's bday gift, I heard she loved it, and i'm kicking myself for not taking any picuters!  when will I ever learn?!

Anywho, there's my quick update, and now it's time to get back to the knitting, and the to-do list!
